Message Bet takes Socially Responsible Gambling very seriously. There is a responsibility on Message Bet as a gambling services provider to be aware of the social consequences of gambling. We want all of our customers to gamble responsibly and within their means and to enjoy the entertainment experience across all our betting markets. Therefore we have put in place a number of appropriate measures to protect customers and promote a responsible gambling culture.

The vast majority of people do gamble responsibly. We acknowledge that there is a responsibility on Message Bet to ensure that normal gambling does not become problem gambling.

We advise:

• Keep track of the time that you are gambling for.
• Only spend what you can afford to lose.
• Keep track of the amount you spend whilst gambling.
• Do not chase losses.
• If you are having a problem then you can request to be self-excluded.

Staff Training

All of our staff undertake training regarding our Social Responsible Gambling Policy. All of our staff are trained to assist customers that have requested help with a gambling problem. All new employees are trained to assist customers that have requested help with a gambling problem. All new employees are trained on the above policies as part of their induction at Message Bet.

We make a donation yearly to Be Gamble Aware. This is a support service for problem gamblers.
